The Ramayana is the classic story of Krishna Avatar S'rî Ram. This story was of the seventh advent of Lord Vishnu was recorded as the Ramayana by Rishi Valmiki upon direct inspiration of Lord Brahma Himself. The purpose of the Ramayana is to reveal the Path to Brahman Consciousnes for the benefit of everyone.
Even though the Ramayana may be found recorded in 24,000 slokas, and organized into seven books, the truth is the Ramayana is much more intimate than a collection of stories. The Ramayana is the living story of everyone's journey from ignorance to full enlightenment in Brahman Consciousness. The Ramayana is going on in your consciousness right now and your life will be greatly enriched by becoming familiar with the Ramayana.
To fully appreciate the Ramayana, one must approach it from three different levels. The most superficial level is the story line. Read the story, watch the video tapes and learn the story by heart. Then as you are learning the story, begin to delve deeply into the meaning of each story and character. Relate these stories, events and characters to your own life. Discover your Ravana, Lakshman, Vibhishan, and Sita - every character in the Ramayana can be found in your own consciousness. Finally you will begin to experience how every sloka resonates with an aspect of your own consciousness.
To enliven every sloka of the Ramayana in our consciousness for the purpose of gaining Brahman Consciousness, Guru Dev has given us several very wonderful advanced techniques. The first of these techniques is the S'rî Vyuha Jyotish Chakra Meditation based on Âtmasamlapa Yantra. This technique is given during your personal S'rî Vyuha Jyotish Consultation. S’rî Vyûha Jyotish is a gift from Lord Vishnu for the purpose of the transmutation of all karma and ungrounded energy leading to the attainment of Brahman Consciousness.
When you take the Seven Day Course, you will enjoy receiving the S'rî Nama Ramayana technique. Following that course you will be eligible to take the Seven Week Course where the Gayatrî Ramayana technique will be given to you along with the S'rî Ram Puja.
