Atman - SmallInstruction in the practice of Atmavedi Meditation is the topic of this course. You will learn the unique mantra for your Atman and how to meditate with this mantra to open the channel of communication to your Atman.

The objective of this meditation is to experience the unbounded awareness of pure bliss consciousness. As you practice this meditation, the mind and body will be purified of ungrounded energies. The Evolutionary Power of Natural Law will awaken in your body and begin the process of physical transformation that establishes the basis in body and mind for living Brahman Consciousness.

Atmavedi Meditation is a pre-requisite for all of the Maha-videha courses. Through this technique, you establish direct conscious two-way communication with your Âtman and begin to receive life-changing guidance from this Superior Intelligence, the creator of your life's Divine Blueprint.

Your course includes the following:

  1. your personal Satyug Sanctuary Pyramid - you will spend 16 hours a day inside this pyramid to gain maximum benefit of the pure satyug environment
  2. Meditating Girlfull instruction in Atmavedi Meditation - this is a 4-day series of personal instruction by Visvamitra
    1. Day 1 - puja to the Holy Tradition, receive your personal mantra and learn the technique of meditation
    2. Day 2 - checking of the meditation practice, discussion of experiences, why we meditate and more about the mechanics of meditation
    3. Meditating PersonDay 3 - checking of the meditation practice, discussion of experiences, details of kundalini and purification and the release of stress as a result of the process of meditation
    4. Day 4 - checking of the meditation practice, discussion of experiences, the goal of human existence and why meditation is the way to achieve this goal
  3. yoga asanas - you will learn and practice a series of 11 yoga poses that purify and balance the physiology and help to insure perfect health and wellbeing.
    1. Vajra Asana - makes the body stronger, like a thunderbolt
    2. Viparita Karani -  reversing the flow of Amrit
    3. Janusir Asana - head to knee forward bend
    4. Hala Asana - invigorates, energizes and nourishes the sexual glands and brings power, strength and vitality
    5. Bhujanga Asana - activates and energizes the upper areas of the body like the chest, shoulders, neck, face and head, giving a youthful appearance
    6. Shalabha Asana - tones up kidneys, the liver, pancreas and other organs of digestive system
    7. Vakra Asana - removes constipation, flatulence, liver weakness and nervous weakness and rigidity of the spine
    8. Pada Hasta Asana - tones abdominal organs and reduces gastric problems and fat around the abdomen
    9. Mula Bandha - this revered technique is said to awaken muladhara chakra and the kundalini that resides within
    10. Padma Asana - the full lotus posture that is the foundation for siddhis and profound meditation experiences
    11. Sava Asana - puts you in touch with the deepest level of the anahata (heart) chakra and is the foundation for the Dhanvantri Consultation (see below)
  4. Surya Namaskaras Animationshuka pranayama - balances the left and right hemispheres of the brain and prepares the mind for deep meditation
  5. the five rejuvenation and longevity movements energize the 7 primary chakras that perform many functions connecting our energy fields, bodies and the Prana Energy Field
  6. Surya Namaskara with bija mantras - connect with the life-giving force of the Sun and receive the blessings of Surya for vitality and energy
  7. abhyanga with your prescribed herbal oil to balance, purify and strengthen the physiology
  8. Kundalini Enlivening, Chakra Balancing, and Dhanvantri Consultation - this special routine forms the basis of the Satyug Kaya Kalpa transformation from a kaliyug physiology with an expected lifespan of 100 years and 2 strands of DNA to the satyug physiology with an expected lifespan of 100,000 years and 12 strands of DNA.
