Gandusha or oil pulling is a traditional Ayurvedic remedy that helps cleanse the body by detoxifying and cleaning teeth and gums. This is a wonderful, all-around home treatment for oral health. Oil pulling will also make your teeth whiter while it removes harmful bacteria and reduces inflammation.
When we do gandusha with Krishna C60 Amrita, we also absorb more C60 molecules into the system, heal any periodontal disease that may be present in the gums, and strengthen the enamel of the teeth.
After brushing the teeth, put about 2ml of full strength Krishna C60 Amrita or 4ml of Abhyanga strength into the mouth and swish it around in your mouth, covering the teeth and gums, for about 15 minutes. Do not gargle. After 15 minutes, all of the C60 molecules will have been absorbed by the tissues and the olive oil will have pulled out all of the toxins, so you should spit out the oil - do not swallow it. To avoid plumbing problems, spit into the trash can, not the sink.
Please be aware there is a risk of lipoid pneumonia caused by aspirating the oil into the lungs, so be careful. If you feel to sneeze during oil pulling, immediately spit out the oil. Using a small amount of oil, only 2ml, reduces the chance of accidentally aspirating the oil into the lungs.
