Nirvana Vitara is the Catalyst for Satyug Neurogenesis

Neuron

In Kaliyuga it is the norm for the body to age prematurely and for the brain to lose its ability to function as we age. We find many scientists who believe we have a dwindling number of brain cells (neurons) as we age so cognitive decline is common in older people. At SatYugKayaKalpha.org we do not see the destiny of humanity like this at all. The human body was created by the Creator, Lord Brahma, with a life-span of 100,000 years so what we see today is an artifact of Kaliyuga.

Neurons are cells that send and receive electro-chemical signals to and from the brain and nervous system. There are about 86 billion neurons in the typical adult human brain. At birth in Kaliyuga we have about 100 billion neurons in the brain. So over the next 70-80 years this number gradually declines in most people to less than 86 billion. The neurons in the brain are unlike other cells in the body. Other cells divide to maintain the organ system. The neurons in our brains do not divide, they simply die after some years. One estimate is we lose about 85,000 neurons per day, starting with about 100 billion at birth. By the time we reach middle age, we have only about 86 billion brain cells left. So, it is important that the brain create new neurons to maintain the ability of the brain, or else we lose cognitive ability as we age. In our youth, learning is easy and the mind is nimble and remembers with no effort. As we get older and the number of neurons decline, short-term memory becomes less dependable, it is harder to learn something new, the mind seems foggy and long-term memories are full of gaps. This is not normal human life - it is life in early decline toward death in Kaliyuga

Is it possible to grown new brain cells and regenerate our brains to that youthful state and beyond? Yes! Neurogenesis is the scientific name for our ability to create new brain cells. A University of Massachusetts study, Mindfulness Practice Leads To Increases In Regional Brain Gray Matter Density, revealed that meditators may be benefiting from actual growth in their brain cells. The researchers report that those who meditated for about 30 minutes a day for eight weeks had measurable changes in gray-matter density in parts of the brain associated with memory, sense of self, empathy and reduced stress.

Meditating Animated GifMeditation practices, such as Mindfulness Meditation or Transcendental Meditation or Atmavedi Meditation are ways of exercising the brain, and exercising the brain in this way is a catalyst for neurogenesis - the production of new brain cells. Meditation, simply defined, it is being aware of the present moment, it is Dhyana in the Sanskrit terminology that we like to use, following the teaching of Maharishi Patanjali. We are used to practicing Dhyana as one aspect of meditation, the other being Dharana.  Basically, Dharana is the act of thinking the mantra by the conscious thinking mind and Dhyana is witnessing this act from the perspective of the subtle mind (also called the unconscious mind or sub-conscious mind). Taken together, Dharana and Dhyana are the specific practices that fulfill the prescription from Krishna for Moksha (Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 2, Verse 48): yogastah kuru karmani - established in the subtle mind, [watch] as you perform action. Maharishi Mahesh Yogi describes this state as Cosmic Consciousness - witnessing all of life, 24 hours a day, from the perspective of Being.

Neuron Detail

What is it about meditation that causes neurogenesis? When we meditate the brain frequency slows down from fast Beta (12 to 38 cycles per second) where the conscious thinking mind is engaged in random thoughts, to Theta (3 to 8 CPS) where the mind enjoys peace and calm and lack of thoughts. At first during meditation only a small part of the brain will be in the Theta frequency band while the rest of the brain is exhibiting Alpha and Beta. During this time we may experience many random thoughts along with the thinking of the mantra. Then as our meditation continues, more of the brain exhibits Theta and thoughts become less and may even disappear as we experience unbounded awareness. As more and more of the brain becomes coherent and Theta predominates, the chemistry of the brain resets and neurogenesis takes place.

Brainwaves

Typically we meditate for 20 to 30 minutes, twice a day. This gives the meditator a good boost in new brain cells but the daily production of new brain cells may vary considerably, depending on the quality of the Theta time in each meditation. So we use the Nirvana Vitara to increase the quality of Theta time and this will insure maximum production of new brain cells during each meditation. However, there is another important time when the brain can experience the Theta frequency and create new brain cells - every night during sleep.

In every sleep cycle there is an opportunity for 10 to 50 minutes of Theta, but like meditation, it is not consistent unless we use the Nirvana Vitara to take the mind through the 5 sleep cycles. Then we are assured of maximum Theta time and maximum production of new brain cells each night.

Rig Veda

However there is something even more important that the Nirvana Vitara brings to us. During each meditation and sleep cycle we also have the influence of the 10th Mandala of the Rig Veda. The frequencies generated by the Rig Veda are primordial frequencies that actually create the perfect Universe and perfect human bodies. In order to create this Universe, Lord Brahma performed a long meditation that took Him thousands of years. At the conclusion of this meditation the entire Universe and all of the first generation of human beings suddenly appeared - the Big Bang. The meditation was samyama on the 432,000 mantras of the Rig Veda. Samyama is a special meditation at the heart of the creation process. Maharishi Patanjali gave us a comprehensive text on how to perform samyama and achieve perfections in life - siddhis. Lord Brahma is the foremost expert on the practice of samyama and used this technique to create the entire Universe.

Satyug Brain

The Rig Veda is divided into 10 Mandalas and each Mandala has a specific purpose. The 10th Mandala creates the pure Satyug consciousness of this Universe. When the human brain is exposed to the mantras of the 10th Mandala  while in a coherent Theta state, it has an amazing neurogenesis effect that produces Satyug neurons. A Kaliyug neuron has DNA that is only about 10% active so the neuron is able to function at about 10% of its inherent ability. A Satyug neuron has DNS that is 100% active, resulting in a neuron that is far more capable. The Nirvana Vitara includes the 10th Mandala of the Rig Veda during the Theta brainwave entrainment sessions and this results in Satyug Neurogenesis - the production of Satyug Neurons. This why we call the Nirvana Vitara a catalyst for Satyug Neurogenesis.

Now we have a mechanism for not only restoring our neuron level back to 100 billion neurons that we had at birth, but these neurons will be Satyug Neurons, resulting in a remarkable Satyug capable brain and nervous system. WIth the Nirvana Vitara we maximize the production of Satyug Neurons everyday so that in a few years we will have not only restored our brain to full 100 billion neuron capacity but it will be a fully active Satyug brain.

Experiences With The Nirvana Vitara During Sleep

After using the Nirvana Vitara during sleep, I noticed that my short term memory improved. Before I would have to write down passwords but now I can easily remember new passwords!

I have been plagued with brain fog for some time now, but after using Nirvana Vitara during sleep, I just realized that my brain fog is gone! My mind is very clear now when I wake up in the morning and all day long.

Nirvana Vitara during sleep is amazing - I now have many dreams and more vivid dreams. It is like my mind is awake and I know which sleep cycle I am on at any time during the night. Some of my dreams are lucid now, and that is after only a few days.

I go to sleep easily and quickly now witn the Nirvana Vitara and wake up feeling rested and fresh. There are many dreams and some are lucid dreams - more lucid dreams now than ever before.

The combination of the Nirvana Vitara and the Lucid Dreaam course is very powerful. I have always wanted to have Lucid Dreams but I did not have the mental energy at night, I just ultimately wanted to go to sleep and not do anything. The Nirvana Vitara adds the quality of wakefulness that gives my mind the boost it needs for Lucid Dreaming. With the Nirvana Vitara I have no problem sleeping, that is my body sleeps, but my mind stays awake to watch when dreams come up. Then I apply the techniques learned in the Lucid Dreaming course and begin Lucid Dreaming. Not every dream yet, but one or two each night I become lucid enough to at least know I am dreaming.

After the night of wearing the Nirvana Vitara, I always wake up feeling fresh and alert! When I miss a night my experience returns to feeling groggy in the morning, so I rarely miss a night now.

I wore the Advanced Magnetic Pulse Device (AMPD) under a cloth headband.with a Lucid Dreaming Module playing last night and enjoyed a clear lucid dream! I was able to deliberately control my dream and remembered to call upon my Celestial Family and I was able to meet with them. This was one of my most memorable experiences!
