Activate the Anterior Amygdala for Limitless Mental Ability

The amygdala manages connections and responses between several regions of the brain. It's directly involved with emotional well-being, the flight-or-flight response and fear conditioning. A recent study also suggests that the amygdala plays a role in the complexity of social life. Most importantly, research has suggested that the anterior portion of the amygdala is connected to the frontal lobes. If one activates the anterior portion of the amygdala, the frontal lobes will open to limitless mental ability.
In the video, Neil Slade explains how he learned to "click" his amgydala forward, and the benefits of doing so.
Amgydala Activation with Neil Slade
The amygdala is the most sensitive structure in the brain. It's also one of the most active structures in the brain. It uses more blood than any other part of the brain, and there is reason to believe that the amygdala, in its present form, is one of the more recent deep brain structures. The human amygdala has 20 nuclei, and the amygdala of a chimpanzee has 12. For comparison, a cat amygdala has only five. The amygdala became more complicated when we emerged as Homo Sapiens, making it one of the more "uniquely human" structures in the brain.
Activating the amygdala in a positive way stimulates higher order mental processes. This can improve creativity and intelligence while also elevating positive emotions.
The opposite of amygdala activation is negative reaction. When we react to a challenging situation in a suboptimal way, it's processed as a negative emotion. This feeling is regulated by the amygdala. The emotional feedback allows us to easily determine if we are thinking creatively or just relying on survival instincts.
By noticing the difference in thought processes we can consciously control the direction which the amygdala sends its impulses.
We can choose to stimulate the amygdala forward, turning on the reward centers for positive emotions. When the amygdala is stimulated forward it's sending signals to our frontal lobes. This is where the brain handles cognitive functions such as long-term decision making and appropriate social actions. I'm sure you'll recognize the importance of these functions in life success. When the amygdala signals backwards it's inducing a fear response. In this state we operate from the base levels of instinct, residing in the reptile brain. Needless to say, thinking motivated by this part of the brain is probably not well suited for modern society.
These responses, both positive and negative, are hard wired into us by mother nature. However, because of how clever we humans are, we can consciously control our responses, taking charge of our reactions to the environment.
Stimulating the amygdala with regular practice helps us enter a psychological state of flow. In this state we tend to forget about the problems and drama of life. Being in flow can result in single-minded focus and joy from engaging in productive activity. Trivial problems don't slow you down when you are actively engaged and living creatively.
Practicing meditation, living creatively and being positive are some things we can do to improve our amygdala's responses. Certain practices may take more time and effort, but the outcome will be rewarding.
There are many simple exercises we can do to activate this positive response. Any time we engage our imaginative thought processes we're using the frontal lobes. The images in this article shows precisely where the amygdala is located in the brain. They are about 1 inch inside at the temples.
The Amgydala Technique
The crux of the program at Lingo's brain lab hinged on voluntary self-control of the anterior amygdala. Self-amygdala stimulation can be performed by using the brain's capacity for guided imagery. The following meditation is designed to stimulate the anterior portion of the amgydala. It is composed of 3 parts and lasts for about 17 minutes. Close the eyes, sit in an upright posture and listen to the recording with a good quality stereo headset.
Theta binaural to put the brain into optimal creative mode (this starts after about 30 seconds of silence)
Theta binaural continues as the background of the repetitive chanting of the mantra AUM - during this phase one should imagine the front part of each amgydala is being activated by the vibrations of the mantra, and see them glowing white, illuminating the frontal cortex
Theta binaural continues then fades to silence. During this phase imagine the frontal lobes are glowing from the illumination of the amgydala, that continue to be activated and are glowing white.
This imaging alone increases frontal lobes activity and begins increases in creativity and intelligence. The more frequently you conduct this meditation, the more pronounced the results. These changes are measurable by modern brain scanning medical instruments such as PET and MRI machines. The brain is a thought machine and one controls the brain and it's electro-chemical circuitry with simple thought. This simple meditation brings immediate results, with sometimes very pronounced effects. Overtime the results become permanent.
When a person repeatedly stimulates the anterior amygdala and voluntarily increase frontal lobes processes at will, it can eventually result in a very intense peak phenomenon known as "frontal lobes transcendence" or "popping your frontal lobes". This occurred regularly at the brain lab. Says Neil Slade "generally, this phenomenon can't be predicted exactly - more like when a soap bubble is ready to pop".
The ultimate success of the Amgydala Technique is based on the clarity of the individual's emotional and mental bodies. Ungrounded emotional and mental energies create entropy in the brain and amgydala, making it difficult for the person to succeed with the Amgydala Technique. Âtmavedî III provides the techniques for removing all ungrounded energies, so this course is an important prerequisite.
Beyond that, the amgydala must be normal to start with. If you are suffering from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome or Myalgic Encephalomyelitis or Fibromyalgia or some chronic condition with the symptoms of these diagnosed illnesses, then you should look to your amgydala as the root cause. It is likely that you will benefit from a technique known as "Amgydala Retraining" from Dr. Ashok Gupta. Once you have gained relief from your chronic illness, your amgydala will be functioning normally, then you can benefit from the Amgydala Technique.

I came upon this site quite by accident. Once here, my interest was immediately spiked. I read all the content about the amygdala and then came to the meditation recording.
After reading about the process, I grabbed my headphones ... plugged them in and set the timer on my telephone.
I settled into my chair, placed the headphones on my ears and sat back with my hands lightly folded in my lap. I had placed a pillow on the floor under my feet and it was sitting upon a heating pad set at half, establishing a pleasant and warm grounding.
I began to follow a well-practiced method of Zen breathing by counting my breaths ...
After the first 30 seconds, I heard the audio begin followed shortly thereafter by Aaaauummmm.
I then imagined my amygdala turning white (as mentioned) in the text. And as I breathed slowly, in and out ... and focused inwardly, I began to see the faint vision of the right side someone's face from just below the eyebrow down to just below the cheek. The skin had a slightly gold cast and the of the eye I could distinguish an iris and pupil.
From the pupil there was the beginning of a faint kind of spiral galaxy that slowly morphed into a starburst that developed very slowly like dripping food coloring into a glass of water and as it dispersed, it became a very strong royal purple. And the starburst grew a bit more as though it was bursting forth like a vision into the cosmos.
At that point, my mind came in and started to question all the "this and that of it and what is it, and what did I think of it" and so on and so on until I said to myself ... "just let go and be with it." I had to do that a few times and my mind fought it the whole while but I persisted and maintained more of letting go than not. It was certainly worth the effort.
It remained ebbing and flowing like this until the chanting stopped. Then there was just the sounds of the (theta waves) and then it all ended. I sat there for a moment absorbing it all for a moment.
It was, for the first time, an interesting experience to witness.
Once I gathered myself, I downloaded the file and decided that I would begin my day tomorrow doing this again before coffee. And I think that just for the heck of it, I'll try it once or twice again through the day, perhaps once in the middle and then again once before bed.
I will make an effort to bring no expectations with me to the experience and just do it and see what develops. It may be the same and it may be very different. And it may be nothing at all.

My Yogini, Chavah Aima of Touchstone mentoring sent me this meditation after praying for me in a Houma in Austin, during a terrible time of illness. I am a severely disabled veteran, in a V,I,S,N. Who openly refuse to create for me properly. So mine is one of birth 10 disabling illnesses thwarted by injustice, though I have every insurance now available. Maya Chavah is literally keeping me alive through prayer & email guidance. Namaste to your work. It was very effective on the first meditation sir. It went right t my amygdala. There is a meditation detailed in this article that you perform to accomplish this forward movement of the Amygdala. Did you close the eyes, sit in an upright posture and listen to the recording with a good quality stereo headset? This meditation provides imaging that increases frontal lobes activity and begins increases in creativity and intelligence. The more frequently you conduct this meditation, the more pronounced the results.

As you probably know, pleomorphism is the concept that cells or entire organ systems or even entire entities can change form under certain conditions. Amygdala activation is not directly related to pleomorphism, i.e., the brain does not change form, but rather it "awakens" to its full potential when the amygdala is focused forward for a sustained period of time.
However, the concept of pleomorphism does apply in the techniques we employ to transform the physiology into its Satyug 12-strand DNA model. This is complex so please review my articles:
