Learning Atmavedi Meditation
The Atmavedi Meditation technique is simple, natural, effortless, and easily learned. It is practiced for 20 minutes twice a day while sitting comfortably with the eyes closed. The Atmavedi Meditation technique is taught through a course of instruction that spans four consecutive days with the following topics:
- Personal instruction in the AM technique
- Verifying correctness of the practice and further instruction
- Understanding the mechanics of the AM technique based on personal experiences
- Understanding higher stages of human development
